Identity Layer
EnumID is the identity structure for participating in Enumium.
Enum UID is the operational identifier used in node reporting, validation, activity records, and future citizen participation. It must remain clean, stable, and system-grade.

UID
Used for nodes, identities, records, and operational participation.
Reports
ETR records verify activity, pulse checks, and coherence reports.
Blocks
EBV records group validated pulses, action batches, and state transitions.
Public Participation
Customers and users may participate in the future as Enumians, digital citizens, operators, or service contributors. In system records, however, the operational naming remains ENM, ETR, EPL, and EBV.
